Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to orders placed on Kwicko via our website https://kwicko.in/ or mobile application.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and fair experience for all customers while handling perishable grocery items responsibly.


1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch from our store.
  • Once the order is packed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, especially for perishable items.
  • Cancellation option availability depends on order status shown in the app/website.

b) Cancellation by Kwicko

Kwicko reserves the right to cancel an order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or technical errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
  • Operational or delivery constraints

In such cases, a full refund (if payment already made) will be initiated.


2. Refund Policy

a) Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refunds may be provided in the following cases:

  • Wrong item delivered
  • Missing item in the order
  • Damaged or spoiled product at the time of delivery
  • Order cancelled before dispatch

The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.


b) Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of grocery and perishable goods:

  • Fresh fruits & vegetables
  • Dairy products
  • Frozen or chilled items

are not eligible for return or refund unless:

  • The item was delivered damaged, expired, or incorrect.

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
  • Refund timelines:
    • UPI / Wallets: 3–7 working days
    • Debit/Credit Cards / Net Banking: 5–10 working days
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.

4. Replacement Policy

In certain cases, Kwicko may offer:

  • Replacement of the same item, or
  • Store credit / coupon,
    instead of a monetary refund, subject to availability and verification.

5. Failed or Partial Delivery

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, unreachable customer, or customer unavailability, the order may be cancelled without refund.
  • For partial deliveries, refund or replacement will be processed only for the undelivered items.

6. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
