These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Kwicko website (https://kwicko.in) and mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Kwicko, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

1. Eligibility

  • By using this Platform, you confirm that the information provided by you is accurate and complete.

2. Account Registration

  • To place orders, you may need to create an account using your mobile number/email.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Kwicko reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

3. Services Offered

Kwicko is a local grocery delivery platform operating in Munger, Bihar, offering:

  • Daily grocery items
  • Household essentials
  • Other products as listed on the Platform

Product availability may vary by location and time.

4. Orders & Acceptance

  • All orders placed are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • Kwicko reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud.
  • Order confirmation will be communicated via SMS, email, or in-app notification.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as applicable.
  • Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.
  • Kwicko does not store card, UPI, or net banking details.
  • In case of payment failure but amount debited, refunds will be processed as per bank/payment gateway timelines.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines shown are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational issues.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery address and contact details.
  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information or unavailability of the customer may result in cancellation without refund.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch as per platform availability.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within standard processing timelines.
  • Perishable items may not be eligible for return or refund.

8. Product Information

  • We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images; however, actual products may vary slightly.
  • Kwicko does not guarantee that product information is error-free.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
  • Upload false, misleading, or harmful information
  • Attempt to hack, damage, or disrupt the Platform
  • Abuse delivery staff or customer support

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software on Kwicko are the property of Kwicko.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • Kwicko shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the user.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kwicko from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Violation of any applicable law

13. Termination

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Courts located in Bihar, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
